Royex Technologies LLC built REX42 so that customer documents never leave the customer’s building. This policy explains the far smaller amount of data we do collect — through this website and through a deployment engagement — and what we do with it.
What we collect, and what we do not
Two separate things: ordinary website enquiry data, and the engagement data involved in building a model for you.
If you submit the contact form we receive the name, email, company and task description you provide. We use it to reply to your enquiry and to scope a possible deployment — nothing else.
We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with third parties for marketing.
We collect standard server log data: IP address, browser, pages requested and timestamps, used to keep the site working and secure.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party profiling scripts on this site.
Documents processed by a deployed REX42 model are read on your hardware. There is no outbound call path at inference time, so we do not and cannot receive them.
That is a structural property of local inference, not a promise about our retention settings.
Data during a model build
Fine-tuning needs real examples. This is exactly how that is handled.
Training data you provide is handled under a signed NDA and, where applicable, a data processing agreement, inside your environment or an isolated enclave you approve.
We keep no copy of your source documents after handover.
Training sets are built from real documents with every personal detail replaced, so the model learns layouts and never learns people.
Where a real identifier cannot be substituted without destroying the example, the example is discarded.
A deployed model writes input hash, model version, latency and output fields to a log on your own infrastructure, readable by your SIEM.
We have no access to those logs unless you send them to us for a support investigation.
Retention, rights and contact
Enquiry correspondence is retained while the opportunity is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Server logs are retained for a short operational period.
Ask us to delete your enquiry data and we will, subject to any legal record-keeping obligation.
You may ask what enquiry data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to its use.
