These terms govern your use of this website and any REX42 model licence issued by Royex Technologies LLC, Dubai. They are written to be read, not to be endured — if anything here is unclear, ask us before you sign.
What these terms cover
This site is informational. A REX42 deployment is governed by a separate signed agreement; where the two differ, the signed agreement prevails.
The content here — capability descriptions, hardware tables, performance figures and pricing bands — is provided for information. Figures come from our own testing on real documents and are indicative, not a warranty of results on your data.
We may change this site at any time without notice.
A REX42 deployment is supplied under a written licence: perpetual, per deployment, for your own internal business use. You receive the model weights and may run them on hardware you control, for as many users as you wish.
The licence does not permit redistribution, resale, sublicensing or offering the model to third parties as a service without our written consent.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you process, for obtaining any consents your jurisdiction requires, and for the decisions you take on the model’s output.
You are responsible for the security, patching and physical control of the hardware the model runs on.
Model output and human review
A small model is a tool, not an authority. Our engineering is built around that fact and so are these terms.
REX42 returns structured output with a confidence value and an explicit list of anything it could not read. It is designed to refuse rather than invent — but it can still be wrong.
Output must not be used as the sole basis for a legal, financial, medical or employment decision without human review.
We claim no ownership of the documents you process or the output the model produces. Because inference runs on your hardware, we do not receive either.
Where we fine-tune a model on your data, that work is governed by an NDA and a data processing agreement, and we retain no copy after handover.
REX42, the model architecture, the training pipeline and the weights remain the intellectual property of Royex Technologies LLC. Your licence grants use, not ownership.
The REX42 and Royex names, logos and marks may not be used without written permission.
Liability, term and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a deployment is limited to the fees paid for that deployment.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
A model licence is perpetual. The system continues to operate on your hardware if the commercial relationship ends — that is a property of local deployment, not a concession.
Support and re-training services, where purchased, run for the period stated in your agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
